Overview
Sentio Maestro is a new model-based quality control software that can be applied to any review (in process or new) without changing or disrupting current workflow. It enables quality control for linear review, the ability to identify and correct reviews, near real time evaluation of reviewers, allows near real time evaluation of the overall review. It is a product that can be applied without requiring the customer to commit to using AI technologies, reducing the perceived risks of using an unknown methodology.

Sentio Maestro uses machine learning to create a model for each issue tag. Once the models are created, Sentio Maestro applies the models to documents that have been reviewed manually. In Relativity, Sentio Maestro creates batches of documents that may have been incorrectly tagged, and delivers a list of these documents as well as other reports. Users have the ability to verify the documents listed and make corrections, as necessary. The process can continue as long as users prefer.
Sentio Maestro can also provide results evaluating both reviewers and the overall review. The software tracks by reviewer, the number and percentage of document reviews that were overridden by the quality control reviewer. Evaluation of the quality of each reviewer is provided by issue tag and time of day enabling project managers to quickly identify reviewers who may need to be retrained or replaced.
